Eligible vechiles are those, witch are homologated at the date of scrutineering, according to the prescriptions of Appendix "J" of the International Sporting Code for: Production cars (Group N), Touring cars (Group A) including World Rally Cars.

Reconnaissance schedule:
All reconnaissance operations, for all crews, may only be carried ut using series production cars complying with the specifications defined in the regulations. Maximum speed n the Special Stages during reconnaissance is 60 km/h. Registration at Rally HQ, h.”Rila” on Monday 9 June 7.00 – 12.00 h..

Day 2 – Wednesday, 11 June - 09.00 -14.00 h. - SS8, SS9, SS10, SS11 15.00 - 19.00 h. - SS12, SS13
Crew are authorised to drive a maximum of 2 times trough each Special Stage but only in the same direction as the Rally,at a reduced speed and fully respecting the Traffic Laws.
